What do the utilities for this apartment cost? (if utilities are not included in the rent)
Tenants are responsible for all utilities including water/sewer, refuse, gas and electric. Electric varies based on each tenant’s usage – some use more electricity than others and some keep their AC set at a higher setting than others. We strongly suggest that you call Duke Energy to find out what the average of the past 12 month’s usage is to give you an idea, but again, your usage may be different. Duke Energy Customer Service can be reached at 800-777-9898. Just make sure to specify the property address and apartment number (if there is one).
Do you charge an application fee?
The application fee is a nominal, non-refundable $50 paid at time of submitting application.

Yes, we do require a FICO score of 625 or higher however each applicant is evaluated on a per applicant basis.
What is your animal policy?

We are pet friendly and accept most pets with an additional Monthly Pet Rent of $20 per approved pet as well as a non-refundable pet deposit of $150 per animal. We allow no more than 2 pets in total per unit for most properties, and all pets must be pre-approved by the Property Manager. More specifics are below:
A liability insurance policy will be required for all dogs. The policy must include Euclid Management LLC as additionally insured. This policy should be at least $100,000.00 and can be obtained through any renter’s insurance provider.
No breed or any mixed breed dogs of breeds listed below (we reserve the right to amend this list without prior notice): Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier/Pit Bull, Cane Corso, Chow Chow Doberman, Dogo Argentino German Shepard Great Danes, Mastiff, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Shar-Pei Siberian Husky Toso, Inu, Wolf Hybrid.
Must provide proof of shots and license for dogs.
No animals with a vicious propensity to bite and no bite history.
No fee required for fish, reptile, hamsters, gerbils as long as they are kept in cage/tank.
No Ferrets or potentially dangerous reptile/animals/arachnids.
Visiting pets are not allowed on property.
What if I do not have rental history?
Please refer to the: Tenant Qualifications PDF for further details. If you are a college student or this is just your first time renting, you can apply with a co-signer.
Please note that your co-signer needs to meet certain standards of income, credit score and rental history as well.
Will you do short term leasing?
In most instances our standard leases are a minimum of 1 year. However, for a premium, we can consider a shorter-term lease on a case-by-case basis. Contact the Property Manager for more details.
If I am relocated for work, can I break my lease?
Lease Early Termination Options make it feasible for you in extenuating circumstances. Contact the Property Manager for specifics.
